POSITION TITLEClient Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Client Service Representative we are seeking will be able to manage client relationships and provide customer support. The Client Service Representative will support business goals by ensuring clients receive exceptional service. To achieve success in this role, the candidate will be comfortable partnering with top Property Management companies throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. The CSR will need to be able to know how to customize the support provided based on the client’s individual needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Initiate service requests by collecting pertinent information from the clients, generating work orders, and updating internal database.• Provide prompt responses to all incoming calls and emails.• Provide customers with accurate information. Order statuses, service date(s), and pricing inquiries are all examples of queries.• Manage service failures and be aware of when to escalate issues with management.• Update the internal database continuously to guarantee that appropriate communication is recorded.• Act as a liaison between our employees and our clients.• Collaborate well with different teams within the business to maintain high standards of customer service.• Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS • Minimum college education required.• Previous office and client management experience is required.• Excellent written, listening and oral communication skills are a must.• Excellent coordination skills needed.• Extremely detail-oriented and well organized.• Comfortable with Microsoft Office.• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES• Fabricate materials for production. Examples include screen doors, window screens, and window sashes.• Cut material for orders. Glass, metal, vinyl, wood, and stops are just a few examples.• Utilize both manual and power tools. Such as a table saw and chop saw.• Use a tape measure to accurately measure the materials.• Install hardware onto screens, windows, and doors.• Carry out receiving and shipping tasks.
